The University of Wollongong (UOW) is a young, dynamic and innovative university that over its almost 50-year history has become one of the best of Australia’s new generation of universities.
UOW ranks 2nd nationally and 16th globally in the THE Young University Rankings. They were ranked equal 44th in the world, and 9th in Australia, in the 2024 edition of the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, which are benchmarked against the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals.
It is located just 1.5 hours by train outside of Sydney so you can have access to Australia’s rich nature and pleasant countryside, whilst being able to travel and see all of spots. Most scholarships offer at least 20% of tuition fee discounted, all the way up to 100% of tuition fee. In addition to that conditional on your country of origin you may be eligible for a 10% tuition fee reduction.
