We wanted to take a second to introduce ourselves and put a face to the name. We feel that it is always important to see who you are working, so let us tell you a little bit about us. We are free education agents based in Australia and Japan. First and foremost is the big boss, our devoted leader, Yon.
Hi there! My name is Yon, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to XLE—where our motto is “Expanding Your Possibilities.” Since XLE was established in 2004, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless inspiring student journeys. I’m proud to support and guide you through your academic journey in Australia. In my free time, I love enjoying moments with my family!
Next up, the woman who keeps the ship from sinking, is our go to, and quite frankly savior when it comes to day-to-day operations. Saki is our manager and knows everything about our operations in and out of Australia.
Hi, I’m Saki! My main role is relationship management and supporting the application process, but I’m also passionate about student counselling. I’m a proud cat mum, so I love spending my free time playing or napping with my cat. Looking forward to supporting you on your exciting journey!

Hi, I’m Takako! I live in Japan and enjoy spending my free time gardening—it’s so relaxing to be surrounded by plants. I used to live in Australia for a while, and I really miss the amazing coffee there
And now we come to what we lovingly call our debt collector. The most feared woman in the office (this couldn’t be further from the truth). Maho is our loving and kind finance handler, who battles the numbers for us. She makes sure that you pay the right amount, and not a cent more.
Hi, I’m Maho! I’m currently studying for a Master’s in IT while also working at XL Education. In my free time, I love going on coastal walks, cycling, and exploring local markets on the weekends. I’m loving the balance between studying hard, discovering new environments, and enjoying life in Australia.
Amidst our star-studded lineup of Japanese native speakers, we have Aidan. He manages everything Australia, from your applications to university, to calling the homestay company at 6pm at night when you’re feeling homesick and need a change of scene.
Hi there, my name is Aidan, and I run the Australian side of the company. I manage applications and communications with all our clients onshore. I’m fun-loving and enjoy making the office an easier and more relaxed place to be. In my spare time I enjoy any kind of game, whether that be of the video, board or sports variety!
We are also working with Tanny, who is our marketing guru. She is in charge of helping us find you, so that we can help you. She knows the courses, and which university hosts the best courses for you.
Hi there, my name is Tanny, and I manage our marketing initiatives. In short, I work on letting you get in contact with us. Did you find us on social media? Chances are I hooked you in, which I promise is a great thing for both of us. In my spare time I enjoy watching Chinese and Japanese shows.
Last, but definitely not least we have Momoko. Momoko, alongside Saki, coordinates with our Japanese university affiliates, managing logistics onshore and offshore.
Hi I’m Momoko. I handle admin tasks and communication with students at our Sydney office. I’ve been living in Sydney for almost two years now. I love exploring the city finding new favourite spots in my free time, such as cafes and pubs and beaches! Happy to support you and looking forward to it!
